While brutal force has been used to create Zionist Israel and sustain it thus far, Zionist claims to Palestine are false. Actually, from the five thousand years of known written human history, there has been a continuous Palestinian-Canaanite presence in the Holy Land. Despite the Zionist false claims, the ancient Israelites ruled part of the land for only 85 years (during the reign of Prophets David and Solomon , peace be upon them, and Solomon's son).

After that, the Egyptians conquered Palestine-Canaan in 925 BC, followed by Assyrians, Babylonians, Persians, Greeks, and Romans, before the Arab Muslim rule, starting from 636 AD.

By the Time Jesus started his mission, the three population groups of Canaanites, Palestinians, and Israelites were melted together in religion and language. Most of them became Christians when Constantine converted in 313 AD. Then, most of them became Muslims in the 7th and 8th centuries AD.

So, Palestinian Muslims, Christians, and Jews are the ones who have the right to claim descent from ancient Israelites, Palestinians, and Canaanites, not Zionists from other continents.

No matter what the Zionists and their supporters do, they cannot change the will of God, Who promised the Holy Land to Abraham and his descendants, basically the Palestinian Muslims and Christians.

No matter how much persecution and aggression the Zionists and their supporters inflict upon the Palestinian people, they will never be able to force them out of the Holy Land, which Allah, praise to Him, promised for them, and kept His promise ever since.

The following news stories are just examples, not a systematic record, of the Israeli occupation government abuse, mistreatment, and violations of Palestinian human rights, on daily basis.

Editorial Notes about terms & names of people and places:

1. Names of people and places have been standardized to match standard Arabic grammatical rules.

2. Underlined letters and letters preceded by an apostrophe are references to Arabic letter sounds, which does not exist in the English alphabet.

3. The English letter i is equivalent to the Arabic short vowel known as kasra, as in Ibraheem and Qasim.

4. The English letter e is equivalent to the Arabi short vowel known as fat'ha, as in A'hmed and Mu'hammed.

5. It is more accurate to refer to the land-grabbing Israelis, who establish illegal settlements in the Palestinian territory of the West Bank, as illegal Israeli settlers, than referring to them as colonists.

The term colony is a reference to a large entity or a country, such as American states before independence. It was also a reference to Egypt, and India, when they were British colonies.

In addition, the term "colony" represents a positive nostalgic theme, in the minds of native speakers of English, particularly in America and Britain.

6. It is more accurate to use the verb "abduct" than the verb "detain," in reference to taking Palestinian citizens by force to prisons and interrogation centers, by Israeli occupation regime soldiers. This is because the presence of the Israeli occupation regime forces is illegal in the Palestinian territories, and they have no jurisdiction over the Palestinian people.

ICC Prosecutor: what is happening in Gaza cannot be accepted

CAIRO, Sunday, October 29, 2023 (WAFA) –

Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Karim Khan said today that what is happening in the Gaza Strip cannot be accepted.

During a press conference in the Egyptian capital Cairo, Khan said that every person with faith cannot accept what is happening in Gaza, stressing that an investigation will be conducted to realize everyone’s rights.

He made the remarks after he attempted to enter the Gaza Strip through the Rafa'h crossing. Khan expressed hope to visit the Gaza Strip to meet the people suffering there “to fulfill the court’s commitment towards them to achieve justice.”

He noted that the court has been investigating incidents related to the Palestinian territories and committing war crimes against humanity for more than two years.

The ICC Prosecutor added that he is following up on the killing of innocent Palestinian children and girls, who instead of going to their schools and having fun with each other are exposed to these sad events.

He stressed that the suffering is indescribable in Gaza and the situation is terrifying and frightening, affirming that the innocent Palestinians are the ones losing their lives and being exposed to injury, noting that “we cannot remain silent about that.”

Khan stressed the need to protect civilians and innocent people in accordance with international law, noting that the ICC and the whole world must work to achieve this.

He affirmed that Israel has a legal obligation to comply with the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court and international law and that it will be held responsible before international law for any attack on civilians and protected facilities.

Khan called on Israel to adhere to international law, stressing that “all homes, mosques, churches, schools and hospitals are protected under international law, and we refuse to direct missiles at them.”

The official noted that the ICC investigates all information coming to them in order to tell the world that adhering to the law is not a selective matter.

He also expressed concern about what is happening in the West Bank regarding the outbreak of violence and the colonizers’ attacks on Palestinian civilians, stressing that innocent civilians must be protected.

Khan called on the member states of the ICC to help enforce the Geneva Conventions, international law and the principles of the Rome Statute of the Court, in order to investigate all crimes and violations.

He stressed that the investigation into the situation in the Palestinian territories cannot be overlooked, calling on all organizations of the international community to send evidence and reports through their activities, pointing out that the court cannot move without evidence to implement international law.

The prosecutor stressed that relief aid must be brought into the Gaza Strip, adding that blocking the entry of aid is a crime under the law.

He addressed Israel and asked it not to delay the entry of relief aid, food water and medicine into the Gaza Strip.

Khan pointed out that "many reports have been received about surgical operations being performed without anesthesia in Gaza hospitals under pain and screams, which is unimaginable."

Palestinian resistance fends off infiltrating Israeli forces in eastern Gaza

GAZA, (PIC) +-

The Palestinian resistance targeted on Monday morning a number of Israeli tanks and armored bulldozers on Sala'huddeen Road in the south of Gaza City and forced them to retreat.

Local sources told a reporter for the Palestinian Information Center (PIC) that resistance fighters engaged in fierce clashes with Israeli forces that advanced from an open agricultural area in the east of Gaza towards Sala'huddeen Road, which is located about three kilometers from the border fence, and attacked them with guided missiles.

The local sources added that the Israeli tanks and bulldozers had to withdraw from the area under cover of heavy aerial and artillery bombardment, affirming the Israeli forces were unable to remain on the road for more than 10 minutes after being exposed to strikes by resistance fighters.

For its part, the Government Media Office affirmed that there was no Israeli military incursion or presence inside the residential neighborhoods of the Gaza Strip or on its roads, describing the Israeli claims in this regard as “lies”.

The Media Office added that what happened on Sala'huddeen Road was an attempt by some Israeli tanks and one bulldozer to carry out an incursion after advancing from an open agricultural area in Ju'hor Al-Deek. The Media Office pointed out that the Israeli forces bombed two civilian cars on Sala'huddeen Road and started to carry out a bulldozing operation on the lane before resistance fighters showed up and forced them to escape from the area.
